Begining 04/19/21 went to #6374 Niles Ohio to get a new upper partial !! THey have given me printout of visits some of which reference additional written notes which somehow don't appear anywhere. States Anesthetic used not sure what for, also shows Caries excavated using high and slow speed etch prime and bonded cured, Trimmed and polished. Checked biteand flossed contacts. Have no idea what all this means not sure it was me. They were supposed to make a mold of the partial I required. 04/26/21 : shows HH reviewed Wax bite Prostetic PUD Previous performed by Lea Van Kline Shivers 05/28/21 : Insert of PUD with no adjustments Home care instructions noted I don't understand what for. Now adj as needed 06/14/21 : adj upper Flexi anterior flange 07/12/21: Apparently made wrong never did fit correctly !!! Needless to say they do not appear to know what they are doing waited for new partial and they received a lower which was not mine Being bounced around for going on five months now and I am still without my partial at a cost of $1450. which is totally ridiculous for the service rendered.
