Loud speaker sound for shop peoples

Madhanapalli, Chittoor district. RTC bus stand, shop peoples using more speaker sound. Please manage the shop people. Keep them less sound. Passengers are suffering a lot. They are using early morning 3 o clock on words. I already reduce the speaker sound. They are not ready to reduce. Please help us this issue for passengers comfortable. So that we are happy.
