my fiance ordered a 14 day FREE trial 3 weeks ago. since then we have returned the product and have a delivery confirmation that they have got the product. we were told the 90$ would be in our account in 3-5 business days. well here it is 5 days later and still no money.. so i called the customer service and have never been treated so poorly in my life. these people should be thankful that there was a 1000 miles in between us, because it wouldnt have been pretty. so now they have their product and my money and are telling me they have no record of the product being returned. even tho i have a stamped delivery confirmation from the USPS... all these companies say how much they value customer service and then you have a foreigner talk to you like ur an idiot.. i gave 6 years of my life fighting for this country so that everybody can be safe and still have a shot at the AMERICAN dream. then to have somebody talk to me like that makes me livid!!! so im calling out the corporate people in this company to practice what they preach as their company's mission statement. and give me what is rightfully mine. as well as an apology.. bottom line is this is the most terrible experience with a retailer that ive ever had
