Aloha, I'm debated if I wanted to write a review/ complaint about my experience at your American eagle Hilo store. I'm a plus size women and I went in with 2 of my daughters. So this is the only AE on the Big Isand Hawaii. So we are looking around the store and I ask a young male where is the plus size pants for women. He goes to the wall and states oh we don't have a selection of plus size that I needed to shop online and ship it to the store. So I continued to look around and I found a 2x top in the clearance section which I liked so I asked a female clerk where is the plus size tops. She states oh we don't have any so I tell her we'll I found one and she looked dumb founded like really we have one. With that being said for being the one and only store on the entire island you should have a wider selection of plus size clothing in that store to give us plus size women and men the same opportunity to try on clothing as skinny people. We want the same experience as everyone else. I'm very disappointed in the lack of your clerks knowledge of your clothing and lack of caring about your customers. As for the store you should have a variety of plus size clothing in all stores or is your company catering to only skinny customers? I want to have the same experience as anyone else and see if the clothing fits me the way I want it to . I don't want to order online wait a week or two just to see if I like it or not then have to return the clothing if I don't that's not right. I hope that you can see my point of view and make some changes in your selection of clothing and give your clerks the tools and knowledge of your products.
