Failure to acknowledge payment

Received invoice i712152****94 in the mail on 3/13/21 mailed payment check #1710 on 3/15/21 check cashed and returned to my bank 3/29/21. They say they never received payment and sent me toll evasion notice with a 400% penalty. User’s recommendation: Do not use bridges or roads with fastrak.
