Product Damaged during Shipping But Logistic Provider Did Not Accept Responsibility

Attached pictures containing details of order, report submitted by seller on product damaged during shipping, product before shipping, and product on receipt. Communicated with seller and we agreed the product was damaged during shipping. Seller submitted the report but logistic provider didn't admit they were responsible, and asked to get local logistic provider to bear the responsibility. As far as I (the buyer) is concerned, the product was damaged during shipping, and I expect the logistic provider(s) to answer for it. There must be certain level of service guarantee between the providers. Kindly advise how to proceed, to seek damages incurred during shipping.
