Irresponsible hospital management and mainly receptionist

Yesterday (1/9/2020) I had contacted the receptionist and booked for an appointment and I got appointed for today ie; (2/9/2020). The patient who had gone through a eye surgery last week travelled a long distance to arrive to the hospital at this epidemic time for her checkups, was unable to see the doctor. This was clearly irresponsible of the resciptionist and the managment, who fail to inform the absence of the doctor to us. Am hoping for a clear enquiry and a responsible feedback from the hospital management. For the validity and references of the complain am attaching pharmacy prescription Thankyou.
