I have sent a complain abt retriving a virtual voucher but i dont seem to get any help from ackermans complains department .My money is gone just like that, why do they give out this voucher knowing very well that they cannot retrieve .The manager tried but the telling her they can't. I want nothing to do with ackermans and the will here from my lawyers they think ppl are fouls im so done talking now .
