I have purchased a 15Kg capacity washing machine in Kalmunai -Sri Lanka in September 2020 to fulfill 5 member family laundry requirements since last March particular machine shows abnormal in working and then started complaining to the nearest Kalmunai branch and the technician attended after 3 weeks and diagnosted that Motor of the machine is not working and advised to contact branch and he did the needful. Later I have visited 3 times to the branch but so far no responded, We 6 member family really need washing machine unless its drastically effect the family daily needs so please take necessary action. This motor under 10 years warranty
