Waiting for online order. Can’t reach customer service. No one ever answers . My delivery date was June 25. I still have no clue where or when it is going to ship. I would like my money back

They suck! No customer service no response to orders that are past delivery date. I want my money back to order from a responsible jewelry company that cares about there customers.
