Received DMV reg with HSEHLD BK NA name – need to have it removed so I can get the title

I recently received my new registration cards from the CA DMV for 2 different dirt bikes I purchased with a loan years ago and upon getting registration this year i have noticed they are still attached to HSEHLD BK NA and I do not have the titles. How do I apply to get the name of HSEHLD BK NA off the registration so I may obtain the title for the dirt bikes? Thank you for any information you can provide to complete this. Dustin Tate
