I cringe now when I order something online and find out that it is XPO delivering the item. EVERY TIME this company was supposed to deliver, it has NEVER come on the day scheduled....NEVER! Todays experience. I was told to leave the window of 12-4 open for delivery and they would call 30 minutes before delivery. I was ready to go! I was called at close to 1pm and told that the truck broke down! How flippin convenient! This company is awful!! And I cringe when I see that they are making my delivery. It NEVER goes right.
