Have dealt with XPO thru Sam’s Club & Lowes

Do not understand why such large corporations contract with XPO for delivery service. You schedule and they do not show up, customer service is ridiculous until you demand to speak to a manger. They tell you to text "deliver" to a.number for updates and it does not work. They band steps, ceiling fans, rude, no masks, no no uniforms, streetclothes User's recommendation: As unfortunate as it is, do not do business with a company that will be delivering your merchandise via XPO.
