I was told many times, XPO would deliver my shipment. They never did. Emailed Mr. Jacob's CEO, but never heard anything from him. Emailed the entire XPO senior management. No response from anyone. If you look XPO up at the BBB, you will see I am not the only one that has an issue with XPO User's recommendation: Do not use XPO Logistics.
