Horrible Service! Horrible Company!

I had two claims, one being the downdraft to my Wolf cooktop. I told HMS I needed a Wolf authorized serviceperson and that it was the telescoping downdraft. They sent out Sears, who is not Wolf authorized, I paid Sears my $100 service call, and was then told they could not service it or get the parts. HMS sent someone else only to tell me it wasn't a covered repair. So.. I asked for my $100 back since they shouldn't have even sent someone out for this. They told me they had to diagnose it. I told them I had already diagnosed it and they should never have sent someone. Nothing involved with the downdraft is covered!! Then the AC went out when it was 90 degrees out. HMS sent someone out to tell us he could get the part at the end of the week. We stayed the night in a hotel bc it was too hot in our condo. The next day, my husband who is a busy businessman spent 3 hours with HMS on the phone. Time he didn't have. So we called another company who would come out and fix what the HMS contractor had diagnosed. This way we didn't have to pay for a hotel room for the rest of the week. Do you think they would reimburse us for even a part of what we spent? I was told "No". Expenses that they would have covered with their own contractors. We will not be paying for this company again!!
