Was told I needed to upgrade from Roxio NXT4 to NXT8 and no support

Upgraded from Roxio NXT4 to NXT8 because of an issue and was told they no longer support Roxio NXT4. After upgrading could not open the new software due to error1011. Gave all the information to support and was told they will investigate and get back to me. It has been 3 days and no response. Absolutely no support. Tried to find Corporate phone numbers and can't. User's recommendation: Do not purchase Corel products!
