Room door battery was dead

After a night out our keys did not work. I went and got replacements but keys did not work. I called concierge and security was sent. The door battery was changed and the issue was resolved in a timely matter. It was hard to get my room cleaned due to there being a delay. I was offered a $50 credit for my inconvenience. The room was cleaned the next day.
