I'm following up on a previous email to which I've received no response. I have a Nighthawk R6700v3 router that is less than 2 years old. It has recently started dropping the Internet connection and rebooting. This can randomly happen several times a day, occasionally several time an hour. I have confirmed that the issue is not with my ISP. I have the latest firmware. I have performed a factory reset. I'm still having the issue. Do you have have any recommendations before you lose me as a customer and I replace this router with another brand? User's recommendation: After several automated emails from customer service, I was finally able to set up a telephone appointment with a customer service agent. But he called outside of my established window of availability and ended up speaking to my wife since I was at work. The agent then simply had my wife repeat everything I had already done (several times) and then told her if this didn't work, we'd have to replace the router. Surprise, it didn't work, so I'm replacing the router, but NOT with another Netgear.
