Outsourcing calls and after 90 days pay monthly. BS

Can't understand what is being said as it's outsourced. Ask for transfer to USA and they say they can't. The expensive equipment (400.00 more) and can't get someone who can speak English so I can understand. So FRUSTRATING! Nighthawk modem and router are going back to Costco as I'm not paying to talk to someone after 90 days, seriously, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO LONGER BUYING NETGEAR, EVER.
