Worst customer service and excessives fees

I used to have the card, but they charge me more than 400.00 in late fees each month just being late 5 days. I had wrong the due payment day I did more than 5 payments late until one day I called them. They said that they calculate the late fee with my previous balance and future balance. Not just being charged so much the people who answer the calls aren't Professional and are very mean, they speak in a way I keep not understanding soft, not clear i really don't like this card. It's so much better a rewarded card from another bank.
