Refrigerator–horrible durability, worse customer service

We have had a french door bottom freezer refrigerator for 2 years. We initially bought this $3500 product and it was replaced after 1 year for a broken ice maker. The replacement refrigerator has lasted 2 years (ice maker again broke at 1 year) and now is beyond repair...
