First attempt to ask for a refund due to…….

Due to CDC and traveling we were not able to continue to our destination. In an attempt to ask for a refund we were denied and told that the airline's would not let them give us a refund (lie)! Airline's stated that they did not receive a payment. After the 3rd attempt to contact CHEAPTICKETS and spending 4 hours on hold I was only able to rearrange flight plans and loose out on $500 and change. Since then my son tore a ligament and fractured his ankle and will not be able to fly so I will be attempting to contact CHEAPTICKETS for a full refund with a doctor's note. I will fallow up, after my 4th experience! Be weary purchasing your flights from CHEAPTICKETS! User's recommendation: Be careful not to lose money.
