Bad service/ extensive wait to receive incorrect service of tire mounted backwards!service

Continental representative made arrangements and found replacement Continental tire 40 miles from my location with NTB, Bowie, MD. My schedule appointment was at 12:00p.m. After hassle with management wanting me to come back another day, they finally realized I had made the appointed the day prior. After waiting 3+ hours (1) tire was mounted. After inspecting tire, found it was put on incorrectly (backwards). Today called them about incident, service employee made arrangements with closer NTB, now must wait again for hours to have tire redone by another NTB employee. There should a compensation policy put in place for such horrible service and incompetence and time consumed by customers. User's recommendation: To be compensated for such incompetence and time unnecessarily use by customers.
