our double recliner needs replaced because of a motor issue. They called and told us to get back with them. I called the number and waited for over 2hrs on hold with no answer. Have sent 2 e-mails with no response. I would like to get this finished. Horrible customer service. Will never buy another thing from this company. If I was ceo this company I would be on top of this problem. They would be giving better service. User's recommendation: don't buy the insurance it is a waste of your money.
