8 months and couch is still broken
My couch broke in December and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Technician came out in January and had Guardsman send a replacement part. 3 months later (April) the wrong part arrived. Technician came out and verified wrong part and re-submitted request to order the correct parts (bracket and motor). July 3rd, called for status and was told bracket was on order. Motor arrived but no word on the bracket the motor mounts to. Aug 5, called and waited 45 minutes for an operator but no one came on the line. This is by far the worst service I've ever received. User's recommendation: Don't use Guardsman ever.
