Not reserving my reservation after reserving online with my credit card information.

Update by user May 29, 2021 So far, nothing was done. The woman I chatted and emailed with from U-Haul was helpful, but she was unable to help me. I’m not sure if my U-Box will be delivered June 1, 2021 on that date I reserved it for. Original review posted by user May 29, 2021 Today I reserved a U-Box container online. After completing it, it said it was completed. When I checked my U-Haul account, no reservation was there. I called them several times, and no one answered. I also chatted and emailed them. They said I dont have a reservation. Its frustrating and disrespectful to me! User's recommendation: Beware of the time and effort dealing with UHaul.
