Have been calling and sitting on live chat simultaneously on two phones for 11 days for 30+ minutes a day trying to get ahold of someone without success. My problem is that at the beginning of june i reserved storage for july first for a 5×10×9 inside climate controlled unit with insurance and when i got to methuen on july 1st i received a 5×10×8 outside non climate controlled unit without insurance that i cannot put anything that cannot weather the weather in and is now too big. Got told there was nothing inside available when i reserved inside almost a month in advance and website said was available. Also Got told there were no smaller units available. User's recommendation: Dont bother with at least methuen.
