When I booked my tickets to Pittsburg, PA, I arranged them so that a family member was available to pick me up and return me to the station. There was no reason to buy "insurance" for this trip as it was planned out. On the day that I was departing Toledo, OH on 7/23/2021 @ 1pm. I arrived early for my time, upon waiting for a bus I was told at a little after 1pm that it would be 3-4 hours late! In that I wouldn't have known this time discrepancy I left and went home. This was not my fault! I was there when I was supposed to arrive, but the bus was late!! I would prefer a refund so that I can find another way to see a elderly relative. thanks, D.
