Update by user Apr 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. As of posting this review the charges were reversed almost immediately.. Original review posted by user Apr 26, 2021 I booked a rental after my account was verified then my credit card was charged but I cannot access my trip and there is no customer service phone number available. I have emailed Getaround as well but got no response. If anyone has any tips on how to resolve this issue please email me @ sdeangelis320@***.com User's recommendation: Beware if you book a rental through Getaround your credit card will be charged and if you have any issues accessing your account or your trip information, there is no customer service phone number available to resolve any problems.
