Lousy tv service

For many months I have experienced awful tv service. In the middle of a movie or program, lose the closed caption and ability to change channels. Screen goes to a "Sorry, were having some trouble" . Restart. I have been sitting here for over 1 hour and 46 minutes with no tv and having tightened all cables and restarted numerous times to no avail. Your service leaves a lot to be desired. A friend in neighboring county says she is experiencing same problem and repairman told her this is a nation wide problem and he could not fix. If this is true, I'm going with another company. User's recommendation: Don't use Cox.
