Can’t access my Chili’s online account

Rewards account won't let me log in or re register. Phone number user on file... email user on file. System will not let me log in with forgot my password or register phone number already on file with different email address. Please fix your Chili's reward system. There is a glitch. Big glitch. I've heard that I am not the only one having trouble with this. My phone # is 714 514-**** my email is cwolsiffer@***.com Please send me a text or email with a link to reset my account. Thank you.
