Two months old complaint ignored, never answered

Request by phone for a copy of our insurance card to be emailed to Dealership, proof of insurance so that we can have a loaner car. Gave the woman all kinds of information, each or a combination could verify my identity. She refused. Ask to speak to a Manager, refused. Complained to CEO and other executives including Board of Directors. No response going on two months. Cancelled policy 7/31/21. months User's recommendation: Don't be a customer. Relationship is one way, there way. No service. No accommodation of simple request.
