Original review updated by user Aug 12, 2021 A few days after I purchased my ticket and bagging through Gotogate, they emailed to let me know that due to technical errors they were unable to book my baggingthough I had already paid them to do so. Its been months since this happened and every time I reach out I get a response saying well respond to you when we can, but because of covid that could take a while..Well like I said, it has been MONTHS and Ive heard nothing promising. And Im trying to reach them via phone of course I have no luck. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN IF IT MEANS NEVER TRAVELING EVER User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
