Hello, I book a flight with your website L9ZPA5, the unforuntaley missed that flight. Attempted to have the flight changed to another day but was not able to do so because your people would not help me at all while the arlines emirates was informing me that i was able to change the flight without an issue if you guys would just do it. I was on the phone for almost 10 hours going back and forth with your customer service and not to mention waiting hours to get someone on a call. Now all i want to to have the flight changed to another day for another person since i dont want my money to go to west. are you able to assist with this? Yonas Tekle
