I have the ninja foodi 11 in 1 pressure cooker, the top vibrates and makes a very loud sound. I contacted the company on February 2nd, they asked for all the Info on it. I got back to them immediately and I haven't heard from them since. I've emailed them 4 or 5 times to ask them if they had gotten my email with the info but have not gotten a response. Customer care is awful. User's recommendation: Get an instant pot.
