I had a very BAD experience with the TSC in Harrisonburg, VA, and was told the manager, Jonathan, was out of state as was the Regional manager. So, no one was in charge at the store. I called the Corporate TSC Customer Solutions number. What a joke! It's all automated with NO options for customer complaint resolution -NONE! Then the number just disconnects. User's recommendation: DON'T GO TO THE HARRISONBURG, VA TSC!
