Goodmorning! My name is PĂLĂȘTEA ANDREEA-DANIELA and on the 12th of august i have booked a flight for the 1st of september from Bucharest (5:50am ) to Venice (6:55 am) and never received any e-mail, confirmation message or anything similar but my money was taken away from my account to your account. Please solve this problem as soon as possible because if not, i will take legal action against your company.
