First I tried calling but because I didnt have a booking number the recording terminated my phone call. Next I saw a option to Chat with a technician. Before I knew it something came across that I could get technician help for $5.00!! Fortunately I tried direct contact with the company again and I could login with Google and I soon had a easy option to cancel renewal. User's recommendation: Don’t waste effort phoning them. Remember you made an account.
