Can’t get ahold of customer service

Ordered a $1,700 RDY PC 10 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. It was supposed to be here today and is still in processing. Ive tried all lines (customer support, tech support, sales, Facebook, and Discord) and all lines give me a busy tone/dont hear back from DMs. I have no idea what is happening with my order because the RDYs are supposed to ship out on the same day you order. No email updates, nothing. User's recommendation: Go to Micro Center.
