Update by user May 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Original review posted by user Apr 05, 2021 Ongoing unclosed claim now 6 months. I remain without working oven. Cinch refused to replace wall oven with same size and delivered wrong size after my refusal and reneged on promised funds. I refused delivery and again requested funds. They ask for me to pay restocking fee of their incorrect delivery. They want me to continue paying monthly contract fee and not pay me the oven replacement fee or provide me with proper replacement oven. Company does not offer a viable customer service. Website offers no means to resolve customer issues. They give a run-around. User's recommendation: DO NOT CONTRACT WITH SEARS (CINCH). THEY EMPLOY PEOPLE TO DELIVER SCAM INFORMATION TO YOU. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY CONTRACT.
