Tried to withdraw funds out of my account. Monies not arrived in my bank account after 10 days. Cannot get any joy from `on-line` help, just sends you round in circles. I want to speak to a person and sort this issue out bot there is NO CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER for this company!!. Hence it looks like my money has vanished into the ether. User's recommendation: Use firms that still `talk to you` in the good old-fashioned way`.
