Update by user Apr 22, 2021 Not at all resolved Original review posted by user Apr 22, 2021 Ive been trying to place an order for five days now and the website will neither except my discount code or allow me to process my order. It also continues to empty my cart. I am extremely disappointed as I have called the US number and have been told to write to support@***.com, and I have done that, yet, have not received an answer and Im extremely disappointed. They have very good products but Horrible customer service. User's recommendation: Horrible customer service.
