Over charged and rudely treated

Because I booked third party they cant help me but the over charge wasn't from hotels.com it was thru studio 6 itself very dissatisfied i spend alot of money at your establishment and This is crazy how I'm being treated the general manager at the hotel is very rude she should NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC AT ALL!!!
