My reservation confirmation #SPCK5TGXTY. I have been in the room three days and keep reporting to desk clerk that there is no heat in my room. It is 30 degrees outside right now and about 45 degrees in my room and no heat. They refused to give me a discount or move me to a room that has heat. I demand a discount for this BS I have put up with. I'm 3/4 deaf so email is the only way to contact me. User's recommendation: Do not stay here.
