Twice contacted you

I have had no satisfaction from Amazon and having trouble getting through to them. I tried contacting you but could not get through this morning. I have proof from my Barclaycard that I was charged for 2 t- shirts but Amazon says no and will not refund for the one I returned. You did not recognise my e mail address today. I need to speak to someone BUT HOW ?
