Screw up my reservation

DontThey never sent over my reservation so I had to cancel it and then pay more then what I was quoted so I didnt get to enjoy my vacation with my family that weve been saving for all yearand they said theyll give me a coupon for 50 dollars off my next booking but I want my money back not some stupid coupon. If I screwed up this bad at my job Id be fired User's recommendation: Don’t use them.
