Seating in leather sofa

Purchased a Natuzzi leather sofa , model no TG35BA, ID 2009/474708/001 in 2009 and 2 of the 4 seats have lost the support and comfort in the seat filling . Otherwise the sofa is perfect. Is it possible to have the filler in the seats replaced to give optimal support and comfort ? . I am resident in Ireland. Kind regards, Mairead Bambrick
