I ordered office furniture and shelving in January, with a turnaround of two weeks. What a joke! I have received part of the order (after literally ten phone calls, all with the promise that someone will call you back asap!). Not one person ever called me back. I am just trying to get the remainder of my very expensive order. I have no phone number to call, all stores are closed, I have emailed them with a TEN DAY TURNAROUND! Seriously, Freedom, you are a joke. Charge the earth and make promises you cannot keep. Your customer service is appalling. As a customer of over 20 years with many, many thousands of dollars spent with you, I will never buy anything from you again. User's recommendation: Do not choose Freedom Furniture.
