I have been a resident at The Residences at Belmont in Fredericksburg VA going on 4 yrs. The apartments have been having a rat problem in the dumpster area. The problem has been going on for 2-3 yrs? The rats are digging out of the wood that stabilizes the dumpster. To my understanding the maintenance guys have been filling the holes with dirt? I am not sure of their procedure. Last night I went to the dumpster and there was a rat running out from one of the open places and there was a dead rat about one foot away. The rats are also eating the wood around the area! The wood stairs leading up to the open area are loose and unstable. I hope you can fix this nightmare. We have dogs and rats carry rabies. User's recommendation: Do not apply.
