A terrible product bought a Weedwhacker from Lowes not working properly Lowes has 30 day return policy. Called craftsman they said they could not do nothing for me either with the Weedwhacker. I shouldve learned my lesson when I went through three blowers in a month. Craftsman products are not worth a dime. If you need a reliable product buy a stihl or echo they might cost a little bit more but it will be worth it in the long run if you buy the oil they give you a four year warranty. User's recommendation: Don’t buy craftsman it’s not worth the headache.
